Wow did she pull this one off. I was being a smart fellow and put all my kids, 5 of them on the deed. Needless to say I forgot and it sprang up right in the middle of the beginning. When I got the property they were still in Highschool so... I didn't anticipate having all of them having to sign off and with 2 divorces and them all having to have to really complicated things. Etterene kept both sides moving at the good pace by dealing with me the seller and I bet the buyers respect and aplomb. This is the sign of a true professional.
