There is a new regulation by the Nevada energy commissioner that requires that during a residential sale, the seller must provide the monthly and yearly consumption of energy and cost of energy for the most recent 12 month period that the property was occupied, if “reasonably available” .  This new regulation is effective as of today. January 1st , 2011. This can be WAIVED, if buyer and seller agree.
